'Transformation' is all about the power of change in the present moment. I painted a woman holding peonies in full bloom, but rendered them in various stages of completion to symbolize growth and becoming. The high contrast in the work reflects how transformation is messy, beautiful, and constantly unfolding—not something we wait for, but something we live.
